Attention AYSO Families,

We are thrilled to gear up for an amazing season! For every athlete born between 2011 and 2007, please register in your designated home region. This step is crucial for streamlining team assignments and ensuring we keep players as close to home as possible.

Once registration closes, teams will be formed with careful consideration to regional proximity. However, bear in mind that some team placements may cross into neighboring regions based on registration numbers and available coaching staff. Additionally, practices may also be held in these neighboring regions to best accommodate facility availability and scheduling. Rest assured; our commitment is to assign every athlete to a team while forging a vibrant, sustainable circuit of play across East County San Diego.

Moreover, games will be held at various locations throughout East County, ensuring convenient access for all teams and families.

El Cajon AYSO Region 168 is excited to offer a SPRING 2026 Season!

Registration is now open for the Spring 2026 season, and we are looking forward to your child playing soccer.

The Spring season for El Cajon AYSO is open to all players born between 2010 and 2017. Please note that all players, including returning players, must register online.

The Spring 2026 season starts with practices in February. Games will be on Sundays, starting in March and continuing through early June. Proof of Age and a photograph will be required for all players. You can scan or take a photo of your birth certificate on your phone and upload it during registration. Alternatively, you may email a copy of the certificate to [email protected] or mail it to: El Cajon AYSO. P.O. Box 190, El Cajon, CA 92022. There is a possibility of a co-ed season, which is dependent on the number of registered players.
