El Cajon AYSO Region 168 is excited to offer a 2025 Spring Season!

Registration is open for players born between 2011 and 2018. All players, even returning players, must be registered online.

Please read the information below about Spring Season:

TEAMS ARE CO-ED
All AYSO Spring teams are co-ed (boys and girls play on the same team and against each other). 

FEES
1st player $145 
Additional player(s)* $135
Fees include a $25 AYSO Membership fee. If your child played in the 2024 Fall season, you have already paid the membership fee and your cost for Spring will be $125 ($115 for additional player(s)*)
* Additional player fee applies for other family members living in the same household and signed up
under the same account

PRACTICE, GAMES & LOCATIONS
Practices will start in February. Games will start in March and will continue through early June. Games may be played on Saturday or Sunday. Game locations could include Alpine, La Mesa or other areas in East County.

HOW TO REGISTER
Go to www.elcajonayso.com. All players need to provide proof of age. You can upload a picture of the player’s birth certificate when you register. Alternatively, you may email a copy of the birth certificate to [email protected] or mail it in to: El Cajon AYSO. P.O. Box 190, El Cajon, CA 92022. A recent photo of the player is also required. 

COACHES & VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
AYSO is 100% volunteer operated. Your child’s team will need a Coach, Assistant Coach and Team Parent. Most team staff are parents. Anyone can be a coach! AYSO provides the training and resources needed. To volunteer as a Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Parent go to www.elcajonayso.com, create an account, click Volunteer and select the role(s) you are interested in. Without volunteer coaches, we cannot offer a Spring season.
